PH Balancing Tonic

Promotes skin moisture, balance, metabolism and increase oxygen content and improves skin elasticity. Able to keep the skin moisturized for long hours. Do not continue to use the toner should the skin feels a tingling sensation or experience irritation when applying the toner. Resume application only when the tingling sensation or irritation ceases.

How to Use:
ACT 1: Pour an appropriate amount onto a cotton pad and pat on the skin after cleansing every morning and evening for texture reconstruction and water conditioning.
ACT 2: It is also possible to relax the eyes by placing the cotton pad on it.
ACT3: You can also pat the cotton pads on lips to smoothen fine lines.
